Your child's party can include an obstacle course with slaloms, tires, agility ladders, relay races, dodge ball, sharks and minnows, and many more fun activities. Is your child into flag football? Kick ball? Just let us know what your child’s favorite activities are and we will make sure to include them into the party.
All of our coaches are insured, background checked and certified personal trainers.

Fit Kids Tampa is proud to partner with Under the Lights to provide youth training to local athletes.
STRENGTH CAMP, powered by Fit Kids Tampa, offers a youth performance training program to get your athletes in peak shape and help them achieve their goals. Custom programs will focus on improving training concepts such as speed, agility, power, core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Private full team trainings and one-on-one coaching is also available. Please reach out to Fit Kids meghan@fitkidstampa.com for all of your training needs.
